Research of the Noble Eightfold Path in Buddhism, which includes right understanding, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration, may serve as a conduit to broaden an individual’s understanding of the importance of leadership. Incorporating these methods could assist any individual in maximizing his or her leadership potential regardless of personal religious affiliation.
